In 1259 AD, Xavier Merceris was unable to deliver notice of Tribunal; covenfolk were deranged and attacked him; an "investigation" in 1260 AD led by Archimagus Indulius Flambonis discovered that Jiphella Ex Miscellanea had demised some years before, leaving Dankmar uninhabited by magi. Kornelius Flambonis began residing there in 1260 AD.
