 Cetius is a large man with a shaved pate and closely-trimmed beard; he has four large gold rings, two affixed to his nose, and one affixed to the top of each ear. He typically dresses in a simple brown robe, rope belt, and simple leather shoes, with a knife and large pouch on his belt.
Cetius resides in his Sanctum on Apex when he is not swimming through the ocean or visiting Drekavatn, Arx Caeles, or Porta Germaniae. He speaks Czech, Latin, and a smattering of Norse and Gaelic. |
