dulis lies on the Red Sea coast somewhere far to the south of the rest of the Tribunal. Given its remote location, Adulis is only nominally a member of Tribunal Syriae, and only one magus has appeared at one Tribunal since its founding in 1239 AD. No caduceator has ever visited, nor do the magi of Adulis expect one. Every few years, one of the magi will appear at Domus Pacis or Antiochus with messages and strange goods for trade.
