ont Joux, the highest peak in the Alps, overlooks conventum Iterae Termini, where journeys end. Founded in the early ninth century, Iterae Termini is located in a vast faerie regio that surrounds the three peaks of Mont Joux. The climate within the regio is supernaturally cold and icy, requiring magic or faerie powers merely to survive.
Covenfolk are significantly and quickly warped by the powerful eighth magnitude faerie aura, allowing them to survive in the harsh environment, but hindering their ability to survive in a warmer climate. Children born to covenfolk are nearly always warped, some significantly so. Iterae Termini is well-known in Helvetia for producing an unusual variety of wine, as well as several varieties of crystals with valuable occult properties. Seven magi reside at Iterae Termini, which is nominally a conventum Merinitae.
