  apitulum Vindobonae is a capitulum Verditii of Conglaciare Boreusum, nestled among several hills north of the town of Wien in eastern Austria.
The third magnitude magical aura is fairly small, concentrated in a small vale with space for two laboratories with attached workshops. The magi reside on two hills to either side of the vale, with a common hall on the third between them.

In addition to the support staff, the capitulum hosts a small but growing community of artisans, some of whom are not forge companions to either of the magi. This community spreads out from the capitulum proper, south toward Wien.
