onglaciare Boreusum, the conventum of the "Icy North Wind," occupies a plateau in the Bavarian mountains south of Augsburg. A conventum Quaestoricius, hosting five Quaesitores of several Domus, Conglaciare Boreusum also serves as domum matris for five capitula scattered throughout Helvetia.

Each summer, Conglaciare Boreusum hosts a midsummer fair on the fields outside the conventum proper, where magi from the various capitula assemble to discuss common concerns. Coinciding with the midsummer fair in appropriate years, Tribunal Helvetiae meets in a majestic Gothic hall at Conglaciare Boreusum.
