Oleron

leron occupies an island regio on the coast of the Bay of Biscay, a few miles southwest of La Rochelle. To mundane eyes, the island is nothing more than an inferior apple orchard, yielding small sour apples. Within the regio, however, the true Faerie nature of the site is revealed. Although dominated by magi Merinitae, Oleron also hosts several magi Ex Miscellanea and Verditii. Oleron also hosts a Sedes Merceris, occupying a large manor within the regio. A Mercere Portal linking Oleron with Harco appears as a large blind arch in one wall of the courtyard within the manor. Domus Merceris also operates a tavern and several ships in La Rochelle. The tavern and shipping business is managed by Praevius Hevre le Brun.
