ngulus was at one time a prosperous conventum Verditii, but has since slid deep into winter. Now home to most of the magi of the Columbae tradition, the conventum occupies a single large tower in the Lake district of Cumbria.

Visitors are treated well, and the guest quarters are opulent and filled with practical magical devices. There are few covenfolk, most tasks being performed by magic.
