Description
Mana Sending transports a small quantity of Mana from the adept's Aura to a chosen location, which should be in plain sight or familiar to the adept.  The Mana can be transferred directly to another adept, or it can be transferred into the environment in general.
Effects
Mana is relatively weak in both Conjuration and Reality, so this effect pushes the limits of what Mana can do.  It can be useful in limited circumstances.  Theoretically, a Mana Shaping could be transferred by this method, but Intricacy would increase to Impressive (at a minimum), making such a variation of dubious practicality.
Scope Base Scope (2)
Scope is altering a State (1)
Range is Personal
Duration Interval is Instantaneous
Potency Significant change to esoteric state: Epic (21-35)
Potency is increased by 1/3 the amount of Mana to be transferred (21 Mana in this example): Moderate (7)
Intricacy Intricacy is Moderate (4-9)
Total Base Cost Spontaneous: (54), Optimized: 35
Temper Aspects Target is required
Notes
Potency for this paradigm is Epic because it is a Mana effect (and thus affecting itself, rather than another Origin), and Intricacy is low because it does not need to cross any Reality boundaries.
