Frame: A persona's Frame Trait is
derived from the Physique Attribute, equal to twice the Physique of the persona, plus one point per Edge with a positive value.
Heritage Templates may modify this basic Frame value. |
Height: Persona height
value is selected based on the height range for the persona's Heritage
Group. Values higher than average for a Heritage Group cost 2
development points per rating, while values lower than average for the
persona's Heritage Group add 2 development point per rating. Height
values indicate rough measurements as follows: |
Height Value |
Height Description (Range) |
1 |

Somatype: Somatype
describes the persona's overall build. Somatype can have an impact
on a persona's effective attributes at the extreme ends of the
range. Somatype has no development point cost, but may be selected
according to the following ratings: |

Weight: Persona Weight is
calculated according to the following formula: |
Weight (in pounds) = (Frame Value +
Height Value) * Somatype Weight Multiplier |
Trauma Resistance: Persona
Trauma Resistance represents the persona's resilience to injury, and
serves as a measure of fortitude based on the persona's weight. Use
the following table to determine Trauma Resistance: |

Appearance: Persona appearance
should be selected based on the various attributes and traits, and taking
into account the appearance of the persona's Heritage Group. |
Carrying and Lifting Capacity:
Persona capacity is calculated as follows: |
Carrying Capacity (pounds) = (Frame
Value + Physique (Strength) * 2) * 5
Lifting Capacity = Carrying Capacity
* 3 |
Movement Rate: The rate at
which a persona can move normally during travel (typically walking) is
equal to 15 + Height Value + Physique (Constitution) miles per day.
This is known as the narrative movement rate. |
Persona movement during combat (or other
initiative situations) is based upon the persona's Coordination
(Quickness). A persona can move up to 7 paces per Action Interval,
modified by Coordination (Quickness) according to the following table: |

Miscellaneous Traits: Various
persona traits such as age, gender, personality, motivations, etc. should also be described. |
Renown: Persona renown
represents the general regard in which the persona is held by
others. Renown is also used as a measurement of recognition of the
persona by others (who may recognize the persona's appearance or name or
other distinguishing characteristics associated with the persona's
renown). |
Renown is developed separately according
to the area to which it applies (either geographically, or by aspect, or
both). Each separate area of renown is known as a reputation.
Each persona reputation has an origin (the source of the reputation), one
or more aspects which describe the reputation, a rating which indicates
the strength of the reputation, and a notation of whether the reputation
is limited or expansive. Limited reputations are generally confined
to a certain social group or archetype, while expansive reputations spread
beyond smaller social boundaries to encompass the society as a whole. |
The scope of persona renown is derived
from the reputation rating, as follows: |
