l Colegio del Filosofia is the new Sedes Merceris Hispaniae, established in 1241 AD. Its name is due to its mundane role as a school for children of nobility and rich merchants in Valencia, which is run by Ersilio.

Vicenç and his wife Remei manage Sedes Merceris, in buildings adjacent to and behind the school buildings. Arnald manages the nascent commercial enterprises in Valencia and Hispania in general. A false wall in one warehouse conceals a Mercere Portal linking to Harco.
