Kotys

endrokipos tou Kotys, the Orchard of Kotys, is a conventum and Sedes Merceris on the western shore of the Golden Horn, less than a mile north of the Golden Mantle. The large orchard, actually a series of orchards, is surrounded by a simple stone wall. Sancta are scattered throughout the orchards, but the Sedes Merceris sits on the shore of the Golden Horn, with a large wharf available for ships.
